  2. Constant urge to staying in darkness and not switching on even the room lights
  3. Not wanting to meet people or not interested in socializing
  4. Withdrawal symptoms from any group activity
  5. Panic attacks mostly without any reason
  6. Sleep disturbance – mostly insomniac issues
  7. Change in appetite – mostly losing appetite
  8. Constant mood swings
  9. The feeling of constant failure
